Around this time last year I got the MS-01D Pro and realized that I had made the rookie mistake of getting a sprint 2 at first. Soon after R&D became bigger. So I looked into it, and went with the EA TT-02 FRD. I soon found that the TT02 was not for me, I was having too man issues with the suspension being sticky and it not holding the set up where I put it. Flash forward to now. I pull out my MS -01D and started playing again, got a new rx/TX thinking it would help, went from GT3B to DX4C, and it did help some. The throttle was stiffer which made smooth acceleration and control better. Then after a bit realized that CS is not my thing. I missed the realism, and control ability of a RWD chassis, so I bought the FXXD-S IFS, along with the RC OMG BF07S, the great angle steering ravk, and the turnbuckle set. I just got it in the mail today, and I will start building it in the A.M. and cataloging it here on the forum. And here is what all will be going into it.
Motor/ESC: Speed Passion V3 MMM 10.5T/ Reventon Pro 1.1
Servo: RC OMG LP BF07S (all black)
RX: Spektrum SR410
TX: Spektrum DX4C
Gyro: Stock LSD 2.0 S
Now I know I could have gone with, and probably should have, the VIP but it's not in the budget and will not be any time soon, so I decided to get the S version. I'm hoping that I will not have too many issues with it, but we will see.
Until tomorrow my friends, keep it side ways!
