D4 RWD built with some tweaks

Built a D4 RWD over the weekend. For tuning, watch all the Afro RC d4 videos on youtube. They're a great starting point.

additional tweaks;
1. Use the extra FF+0 suspension mount in the FR position, and RR+3. This give near zero toe in
2. Tamiya TRF shock bodies, shafts and guts, using D4 shiny bits and ball cups top and bottom
3. Sprayed the chassis (in the rain, at night) with some silver and pink on top
