DriftGundam RX-7(8-2)

-Abstract-
I'd had a lot of fun building my MST FXX-S D and am enjoying learning to drift with it, but wanted to work on a higher grade chassis as there were some aspects of it that bothered me on an engineering and materials level. I was torn between Wrap-Up Next's Nervis kit and their older FR-D, but because a FR-layout car was what I was working on learning how to drift with, I figured I'd stick with it. MST's VIP version of the FXX-S was an appealing alternative, but the fact that it was a ARtR was not as there's something about learning about and designing your chassis from CotS parts. So I set about researching not only other FR-D builds, but also the manuals for the Yokomo DPR and Drift Package Type-C to figure out what I would need to make this work. Unfortunately, most of the aftermarket parts were no longer easily available in a single color and therefore I would end up with a multicolored chassis (unless I wanted to have the parts custom anodized or polished), hence the birth of the DriftGundam RX-7(8-2).

Feel free to post any suggestions, questions, or feedback, a lot of these part choices are based upon what I've seen used by others in similar builds.

Thanks,
