MS-01 RTR

So I am new to the whole rc drift scene and so far I am pretty excited to get my car (MS-01D RTR R34 Shell) but, I have no idea what kind of battery to get and whether or not to change the tamiya plugs to deans ultra/t plugs. Any help would be fantastic.
