RE-Xtreme RC DRB-REW RWD Conversion

Hi guys,

You may have seen my DRb conversion in progress.

It's Named REW for Rear motor, Rear drive,  Evolution, Weight shift.

I am currently testing the second configuration of the prototype and I've already changed a number of components.

I have designed the chassis based on influences from other makers and included enough flexibility for people to set them up as they wish.

Front end support for Drift Package Wiper locations, GRK Slide Rack, DIB / DRB normal position and a reversed position of the front support.

Suspension locations for DP and DRB as well as the inclusion of the Rear Diffuser mount.

Type C positions for front upper arm mounts with a brace OR can be used with the V2 front end.

4 mounting positions for servo locations.



Raised bulkheads and lowered shock towers keep the body clearance in check.

Rear towers also have an added guide for the battery location to sit exactly over the rear wheels. As well as multi holes for long stroke suspension.




This config has a GRK slide rack up front. But I have has awesome success with the LONG drift package wipers and knuckles from Yokomo DP RWD conversion.



I'm also including 3 types of wiper extensions that match the oem DRB wipers. I'll be testing these next,.



SSG and Black will be made and 4 chassis will be built to convert all of my Counter-steer chassis..



I really wanted to run twin servos but I had issues with getting full functionality from twin gyro to talk correctly to my M12S

But it's totally prepared for the next batch of Electrics that can support this.

I will have a small production of 10 with most already reserved.
